I had a smooth time checking out on mcsus.com. I found what I was looking for, added it to my cart, and everything updated like it should 🙂

Payment was straightforward too, and my order confirmation came through right away, which I always appreciate. The only tiny downside was that a couple pages were a bit slow when I went back to change something in my cart.

Not a huge deal though. Overall, it was a good experience, not totally perfect, but easy enough that I’d definitely use the site again

I tried returning my order and the whole process was really frustrating. The replies were slow, and my refund took way longer than I expected. I kept having to follow up just to get updates, which shouldn’t really be necessary, right? Maybe I just had a bad experience, but I don’t think I’d buy from here again.

I had a frustrating experience with mcsus.com, mainly because the communication just wasn’t there. I’d wait around for updates for a few days at a time, then end up having to chase them myself, which got old after maybe the second or third time.
When they finally did reply, the messages were usually super short and only answered part of what I asked, if that. I can deal with delays, even a week or so, as long as someone explains what’s happening, but this mostly felt like I was being ignored.

I used Modern Combat Sports thinking the prices would be a little more impressive, but they were just okay. Some items seemed reasonably priced, while others were higher than I expected compared to a few other sites I checked. It’s not bad if you happen to find the right deal, but I wouldn’t say it’s the cheapest option out there. Overall, it worked fine for what I needed, but I’d still compare prices before ordering again.

As someone who plans my day around deliveries, this was really frustrating. The tracking barely helped at all, and the package ended up arriving way later than it was supposed to...

It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but to be fair, the support team did stick with it and got my warranty issue sorted out. I appreciate that they followed through and made it right.

I went on Modern Combat Sports hoping to browse a few different options, but... there really wasn’t much there. The selection felt limited, and it was hard to compare anything when there were barely any products listed.

I ordered from mcsus.com i kind of regret it. The item itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. I’ll give credit where it’s due, they were really professional from start to finish. They replied quickly, handled everything without making it complicated, and I didn’t run into any issues. If anything had gone wrong, I’d have been the first to blame them, but they made the whole process easy
